Unauthorized use of Project Neptune on others’ devices is prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of the user’s subscription.

Notice: Please email us, (preferably with the e-mail you used to pay with), your payment ID (via PayPal), the e-mail you used for the PayPal transaction, contact info, forum username (if you are signed up on our forums), and HWID (gotten from Project Neptune free version) to support@project-neptune.net to activate your subscription. After you have been activated, we will send you the Premium version of Project Neptune. You will be activated within 2 days! Keep in mind that the staff at Project Neptune is located in the US and therefore can not activate subscriptions in the middle of the night.

After we activate your subscription, we will send you an e-mail with Premium version link.
